Unhandled Exception Error #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Nus Downloader
2. Update Database
3. Got to "Scripts" and then "Emulate Wii System Update" and then "USA"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A script file to be created in the scripts folder. I receive an "unhandled 
exception" error (attached) with an option to "continue" or "quit". If I 
continue I see the text below in the NUSD window but there is no scripts file 
in the scripts folder

Starting Wii System Update...
 - Sending SOAP Request to NUS...
   - Region: USA
   - Recieved Update Info!
   - Title information:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I've tried v1.9 and v1.5a on one Windows 7 (x64) computer and three Windows 
XP/SP3 (x86) computers. Error is the same for both versions of app.

Please provide any additional information below.
Confirmed all computers I used to test contained .Net 2.0.
Tried removing all versions of .Net and then reinstalled.
Disabled McAfee

Exactly the same but only since few days !
Before, It was working well and not anymore

I have the same problem using option "EUROPE" instead of "USA" (Win Vista x64)

I've just downloaded NUSD and i have the same error. Can we expect a fix?

I am in the same boat. x86 XP and x86 Win7 both give the same error.

GO to Issue 11 and download the newly compiled exe

The exe in Issue 11 gives the same error. Win 7 Ultimate x64.
