USB 2.0 is gone. #564

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install IOS 58.
2.Install SNES9xGX 4.2.4.
3.USB 2.0 support is missing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The games should load as fast as when the program used IOS 202, but they load 
at regular USB 1.1 speed.

Does this issue occur on SNES9x for Windows 1.52? If so, please report the
issue on the Snes9x forum.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
Wii version.

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?
Official build from this page.

I forgot to say that the same happens with FCEUGX and VBAGX.

And what shall I read? I've installed IOS 58, I have the latest HBC and I do 
NOT see USB 2.0 speed.

Ok, there's a new version of the HBC which wasn't there an hour ago. 
Everything's ok now.

this release was in anticipation of the new HBC, so you jumped the gun ;)
