game genie and par codes dont work for infinite items

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.loading cheat file
2.turning on infinite (fill in the blank)
3.using the cheat

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

like on snes9x 1.52 it should work the infinite hp cheat is supposed to work 
every time you get hit but every app after snes9x gx 4.1.5 just refills the 
health on activation and your hp goes down when you get hit and i made the inf 
health cheat using snes9x 1.52 myself so it works on all snes emulators except 
this one so if you could check the sources and fix it that would rock!

Does this issue occur on SNES9x for Windows 1.52? If so, please report the
issue on the Snes9x forum.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?

i used a bunch of games from my computer ex: chrono trigger infinite health
super godzilla infinite time
