Hori Fighting Stick doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect Hori Fighting Stick

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It's like a press "down" all the time. I can't move.

Does this issue occur on SNES9x for Windows 1.52? If so, please report the
issue on the Snes9x forum.
I don't know.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?

not an issue with this emulator, but with the upstream library, libogc.
