Video settings lock #159

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start game
2.open setting while in game
3.try to change video settings

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
None of the settings can be changed and when you press the back button it
does nothing. The only way how to get out of the emulator after this is to
reboot the wii.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
I am using the wii version

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?
I auto update through the Homebrew Browser.
