Proper emulation of Super Game Boy #166

Describe the enhancement desired or suggested change:

Well basically this is going off of a request for the borders that the
Super Game Boy used. However I have seen a news post on dcemu regarding a
boot rom dump for the Super Game Boy, which in essence would give you guys
all the needed pallettes, border sizes and alignments, and offer the few
effects that a Super Game Boy had upon some games that utilized it. This
would save you from trying to find the borders saved in some format on the
web and would give you them in the proper dimensions so that it is as
accurate as accurate can be.

The boot rom can be found here http://www.its.caltech.edu/~costis/sgb_hack/
That's of course if you wish to use it.

I also call this proper emulation of the Super Game Boy cause I only see
VBA described as a mono, color, and advance emulator. I dont see any
mention of Super Game Boy in the descriptions.

Anyways I figured why just hold back with just borders when you can get
the whole enchilada so to speak.
