More save state issues + code dump #201

This seems to be an intermittent defect.  
Upon loading a game (for this example I'll be using LOTR:Return of the
King) sometimes it shows a blank white screen.  Then, when attempting to
load a state save, it gives one of those "state save not valid" errors. 

Also sometimes there is a code dump in place of this white screen, and it
reboots to HBC after 8 seconds (nice addition,btw).  

Attached are the suspect save files in a self-extracting 7-zip
