Game resets upon loading a savestate #222

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.loading ANY savestate of ANY game
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to have a perfect (or close to it) freeze save/load and to 
continue right where i left off, but instead the game resets, right back to 
the 1st frame of the game.

Does this issue occur on VBA-M r781
(http://vba-m.ngemu.com/vbam/vbacompiles/msvc2008/VisualBoyAdvance781.7z)?
If so, please report the issue to the VBA-M forum.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
2.1.2 on the Wii

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?
Yes.

Please provide any additional information below.
In game saves work fine, but when i try to load a save state the program 
wonks out on me.
