Rumble Feature De-/Activation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start a Rumble Game like Drill Dozer
2.Play Game 
3.All Controllers (GameCube and Wiimote) on Port 1 will rumble

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A feature/option to disable or enable the rumble for one/all controllers.
(like the sun sensor menu option)

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
Wii. The last official build

the rumble option will now also turn off the in-game rumbling.

Just one question. Did you delete the whole rumble support?
It's a great feature. No doubt about this. 
The only issue was, that every controller, which is connected with the wii, is
rumbling. :)
