NTFS Support #237

Describe the enhancement desired or suggested change:
NTFS support for USB and SD devices.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Currently, it says "USB Not Found" when I try to use my NTFS-formatted
external.

or is there a reason why becuz Wiixplorer has ntfs support

Libntfs has glitchy write support. Adding it would be a bad idea, unless you 
don't mind it occasionally corrupting everything on your HDD, or not being able 
to save (pick one)

Is there any update on libntfs (been a whole two years already) which corrects 
this glitch? NTFS support is really needed.
