Describe the enhancement desired or suggested change:

I would like to have Portuguese from Portugal (Portuguese-PT) in vbagx, so i 
made a file that is attached to this issue, if it is needed u can contact me to 
changes or to make a new file.

I hope i can help the project...

this translation looks incomplete to me. most of the other translations are 
too, someone really should take the initiative to get the translations in 
better shape. but I'm not going to do it. :(
