Delay when use the GC controller #334

When I load a GBA rom, it takes a long time to respond to my GameCube 
Controller. By example, If I press the arrows, I need wait a long time before 
the person moves. But with the Wiimote it's perfect. If I try with a GB/GBC 
rom, it works good !
