add the capacity to delete sources from the source menu
add the capacity to add sources to the source menu from a proscribed list
add the capacity to edit sources within the source menu
- add the capacity to create sources from multiple plugin.inis from within the interface

Ahh I really need to dig into this stuff more, I didn't realize this was all INI based. Yeah I think in general a goal of allowing all options to be modified in UI rather than via config files only is a great goal. Here and in other places.

Simple drag and drop reordering for the sources - it's icing, but nice... In UI options is where it's at!
