The data_on_usb setting is confusing #15

The data_on_usb setting is particularly confusing because all of the dir paths right below it explicitly start with sd:/ rather than %s:/. So it's confusing whether I only need to set that one setting to yes, or do I need to change all of the paths to usb1:/ or usb:/ or something?

Not sure the best improvement here, but it's definitely worth looking into.

Looking at setup as a new user is an invaluable experience - I'd take particular note of weird idiosyncrasies you pick up - this won't be the only one, I believe. A lot of issues are simply handled by installing abz's pack - but as that becomes outdated, these issues are going to become more apparent.
