In-interface homebrew xml and help file reading

Function could be invoked via a "Help" button that replaces the current "Child Lock" button

• Improve (Enable?) homebrew meta.xml reading functionality
• Enable capacity to read romname.extension.txt/.readme/.rtf stored in root:wiiflow/pluginname/helpfile folder
• The same functionality could hold Film reviews, Media Blurbs or any human readable metadata
  • Functionality could also include the current in-interface help - allowing for removal of existing help button and freeing up screen space

These functions require the same front end work, so I've placed them under one issue -kaisersozeh

This is a cool idea. Right now I'm still super green on UI stuff in WiiFlow, so I have to de-prioritize anything that includes new UI. But once I'm more comfortable with it, this shouldn't be that difficult since it's just loading and displaying text.
