How to fix playback error #34

Hello, What is the error you are receiving? Did you try in a quite period? Also, did you try adding your login credentials in the addon settings?

I’m receiving, “ playback failed - one or more items failed to play. Check the log for more information about this message.” I just installed the addon and I did log in with my credentials in addon settings.
