Qt4-5 QHttp Compatibility #11

Create ./src/lib/3rd directory for third party libraries
git clone code for Qt4-compatible QHttp class built in Qt5.
Also move OpenCV 2.2 into this directory and be able to build live (esp. for *nix)

NOTE: We start with v1.87 compatibility, but we would want to move quickly to new QNetwork* classes early in the v2.003 timeframe. (Hence, next issue for future milestone.)

Needs support for perl and cmake to build qhttp.pro project. (Perhaps add to ./to structure for binaries or ./src/lib/third if we build fresh.)
