New layout #6

Various fixes to make it work with the new Audible layout. See commits for details.

Thanks! Looks good, did a test and it works. I didn't know about the problems in the api, tested it yesterday and it worked for me.
Wasn't able to see if the hiding of series-button works as I wasn't able to find any books without a series, could be I've messed up the filter there somewhat.
