blogger2wordpress window7 command line does not work #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a big file of blogger.xml 22 mb and want to convert it to wordpress 
comaptible file to be imported to self hosted wordpress.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Simply I want to convert the blogger.xml file to wordpress xml which can be 
imported to self hosted wordpress site. 

Step performed using command line : C:\Users\Just 
Pressed\Downloads\google-blog-converters-r89\bin>blogger2wordpress.bat 
blog-02-01-2012.xml > test.xml

Error which i get : "python" is not recognized as an internal or external 
command, operable program or batch file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

Please suggest the steps as I am not technical and familiar with cmd .
