LazyOutposting not compatible with Nebula Multiplayer #12

clients can't see the planetary miner working, and the effects of which continue down the production line, so the host sees everything working fine and there been plenty of resources in chests, while other clients can't see anything in the chests or on the belts

Is this with or without it installed on everyone's game?

My current guess is that miners placed by other clients are validating their vein list independently from the one who placed it, and then the game state just kinda drifts apart because of that. I'm pretty sure my current bypasses for that validation should just auto-work so long as it's installed on everyone's game, but I can double-check that. If the prebuild is spawned for everyone (plausible) then I'd need to make the vein list in Nebula be builder-authoritative.
