Possible to do no pagination and display all rows ? #22

Possible to do no pagination and display all rows ? and suppress showRows in footer ? I know it's unconventional but that's what's been requested. (Volume of result set is not that large).

I tried removing Show rows: {{{showRowsMenu}}} from Default.mst but no change.

OK I'm into Mustache but don't quite have implementation correct. Can I have an example using Mustache inside Columns please.
