.NET 3 runtime does not work correctly #13

So, it seems like that the C# host DLL is not compiled against the .NET 3.0/3.1 host. Heron confirmed this.

I'll let this issue open until a decision is made on whether or not .NET 3.1 support is dropped or if the host will compiled against .NET 3.1 in the future.
