As the title implies, add benchmark for fastjson2

fastjson2 is successor of fastjson

@krnaveen14: Nobody is an active developer on this project. It's unlikely for a new library to get added unless someone is interested in adding it themselves.

Feel free to put up a PR and someone will likely help you get it good enough shape to merge.
