I am not sure whether this helps or hinders, but Japan is not as sensitive as Chinese-speaking regions as to whether the lower-right stroke in components such as 米 or 大 are rendered as 捺 or 點, which is one way to explain this discrepancy. Also, Adobe-Japan1 CID+14206 (U+4525 䔥) is considered a variant of U+856D 蕭, at least in Japan.
The last stroke of 米 in AJ1 CID+14206 glyph is 捺. The last stroke of 米 in JA4-766D glyph or MJ004133 is 點. The second AJ1 glyph should be added to U+4525(䔥) and shared the IVS with HANYO-DENSHI IA0638(VS18).
