I happen to used IDEA code analysis feature and it gives me some improvement suggestion on eisop.

Many nice cleanups! The PR title is very generic, b/c it combines many unrelated changes. It would be nicer to have a few separate PRs with a clear description of what each one changes - e.g. the isEmpty improvements in one PR. Also, I don't see any API update - if I missed one, please add a changelog entry.

Ah, I see. I will close this one and open a few separate PRs to group the changes. Thanks!
