Notification LED flashes when network is lost #1009

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure phone to drop network when idle for an extended amount of time (15 
min in my case)
2. Connect network & Sipdroid.  Sipdroid status in notification area = green
3. Let the device go idle.  When the network eventually drops, the device's 
notification LED starts flashing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- The notification LED should not flash (as I am purposefully dropping the 
connection).  (Arguably, this should be a configuration option.)

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
- Sipdroid 2.4 beta on Motorola Flipout, Android 2.1-update1

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
- pbxes.org

Which type of network are you using?
- WLAN
