Dialog with only 'Phone Call' option is shown while calling phone number with SipDroid accounts not registered.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. Set your account use WLAN only.
1. Goto Menu-Settings-Call Options-Preferred Call Type
2. Select Always ask
3. Disable WiFi on phone. Wait until sipdroid disappears from notification bar.
4. Goto contacts and try call any phone number. See dialog with 'Phone Call' 
only option shown.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Call should be processed as 'Phone Call' without showing dialog. It is bad UX 
to show list with one only option.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
SVN repository revision 618. Nexus S with Android 4.0 ICS.
This issue appear to be on any device with any operation system.

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
pbxes.org

Which type of network are you using?
WiFi disabled. It is needed to reproduce issue.

I've looked at sources and fixed this issue. Please check attached 
PhoneCall.patch file.
