Button for Video or Audio call selection #1036

It would be nice to have a Dial button with witch you can make an Audio or 
Video only call.

When sipdroid is configured for Audio aswell as Video Codecs and the server 
also support Audio aswell as Video, than according to the codec order the beste 
codec will be selected, this could result in an Audio only call.

The only way to make a video call is than to disable all Audio Codecs, this 
will only result in making high bandwidth codec calls when a low bandwith codec 
would be prefered.

With the Audio/Video button it will be possible to start a call with the corect 
codecs selected for a Video or Audio Call, and when the bandwidth is 
insufficient it allows you to select Audio only call to use lower bandwidth 
codecs.
