Remembering the parameter when creating a torrent #730

Hello,

I wish to know if it was possible that ruTorrent remember information which is 
submitted when creating a torrent.

- trackers
- infos
- seed (if checked or not)
- private tracker (if checked or not)

...etc

1) It remember this info during current session.
2) If you want another behavior you may write your own plugin.
