Need to get full peerlist #803

1. My ruTorrent version is 3.4
2. My rTorrent version is 0.9.2
3. I use a dedicated web-server with OS ubuntu 12.04

I need to fetch all peer details from a pool. Currently, using the plugins 
available in rutorrent, I gets details about a 10% peers only. Means if there 
are 2000 seeders, details can be obtained is about 200 peers. Please help me to 
fetch the details of all peers. Thanks...

I can't understand - what do you want. rtorrent can't obtain information about 
unconnected peers. Try to read protocol specification.

I'm sorry to disturb you guys again. :(
Is there any way to connect to all peers just once?
Or by using any other method, can I make sure that I have connected to every 
peers at least once? So that I can fetch the details of each and every peers.
