Quota-based diskspace reporting #827

I have space on a shared server with diskspace quotas.  As such, the default 
diskspace plugin is fairly useless to me.  
What would be nice is if there were a separate plugin or some option for the 
diskspace one that would report free space as a ratio of usedquota/totalquota.
