Shows closed port when its open. #831

For some reason rutorrent shows port as closed when the port is open.

I used http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ and netstat to verify port 
was open.

I am using 802.3ad/4 bonded network with ip and bind set to a ip.
