Define download location for new torrent job #853

- a ability to define location where to place the download files on different 
torrent jobs
- a ability to place download files in different mount point/drive. Like 
transmission does.

1) You already can specify download location for the new torrents.
2) I doesn't use transmission and can't understand, what do you want.
