Enable audio and video podcasts (alpha code ready, creating a branch for it soon)

initial version created, not 100% working on my clients here (PHT and Android seems OK, Plex/Web works sometimes, and is also very slow to start playing)

Yeah, works now! Loads a bit slow in Plex/Web, but I'll live with it.
