[WIN] Tray icon hides immediately and is not obviously accessible. #99

As per #98, this could cause people to open multiple instances of the application. For platforms supporting hiding of tray icons, the previously implemented notification should pop when hiding the window to inform the user the application is still alive.

We should probably limit these notifications though, we won't need to show it on every hiding of the stage. Maybe just show it once in a session or maybe complete disable it after showing it the first time?

Another thing that can help is to change the icon color.

I thought it had closed the application, but when i point my mouse over the hidden icons ... hotsuploader
