Is there a way to use both the internal and external screen at once.l, if not can this be done in any other way than using fold state

Currently, there doesn't seem to be a direct method available to use both the internal and external displays simultaneously without relying on fold state. However, I will continue exploring potential solutions and will update you if I find any feasible approaches.
