See here: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/eiz/synchronousaudiorouter/builds/36308736/artifacts
appveyor can't deploy artifact to github right now as I can't configure the required key in appveyor.yaml. only @eiz can do that I think.
I am not a professional programmer, how can I get this msi installation package?
what do you mean ? just clean on the links ?
If you mean how to regenerate msi files from sources, see my reply here: https://github.com/eiz/SynchronousAudioRouter/issues/104
I found two people to clone the github source code to generate msi, without success, can you upload the msi or send it to me?

I have installed your MSI. However, the synchronous audio router folder will not be generated in the directory C: program files which means nothing is installed. There is a problem with this MSI.

MSI files are provided with each release, example : take a look on the last release page: https://github.com/eiz/SynchronousAudioRouter/releases/tag/v0.13.2.
Below the commits list, click on the collapsed menu named "Assets" to find the download links.
0.13.2 Why is there no msi package?
