Can't start Driver with error code 0x34 #85

After I installed SAR i go in the Device-Manager and the device can't start. I have Asio4all installed. I am using a clean install of Windows 10 1903.

Beim Start des Geräts ROOT\MEDIA\0000 ist ein Problem aufgetreten.
