Describe the bug Can't install NPM, raw.githubusercontent.com is not available

System info:

Proxmox Version: 7.4-3
Alpine Version: 3.16

I get the same thing. I'm in the latest proxmox, but I believe it has to do with something in alpine (I found a fair amount of reports of dns resolution problems in alpine).

I had this issue for a moment, as I first started a fresh alpine container. It seemed that the networking hadn't yet started because it worked on second attempt.
