Removed annoying rightclick option from context menu. #53

On the next release, can you make the context menu something that can be disabled from the options menu?

Can you elaborate on why you want to remove it?

This is a fantastic extension. I'm so glad you made it! I think this functionality should be "optional." Something that can be disabled for minimalist users who don't need/want it in their context menu. Once you enable it, it's enabled across all sites, so unless the user plans to disable it, there is no further use for this selector.
