Note: This may be a bit of an edge-case but it's possible that this issue happens on more places than just Pocket Casts. For now it's the only place I noticed this behaviour.
When I have the Audio-EQ extension enabled, I'm getting MediaError code 4's when I try to play a podcast on Pocket Casts (https://play.pocketcasts.com). See the attachment for a screenshot of the console.log.
The mp3 files play fine when I open them in a new tab.
When I disable the extension everything works fine, too.
If I can provide any other info I'll gladly help of course :)
