While video plays (Windows 10, Chrome) - from time to time volume behaves strangely - if in video there was silence for any amount of time, when some sounds are played again and volume goes from very quiet to incredibly loud (over set volume levels) and video needs to be stopped and played again to fix it. Preamp, 32, 64, 125, 250, 500, 1k, 2k, 4k, 8k, 16k - all are at max. Mono and Snap are turned off.
