On a dedicated server, I used the stone and it just bypassed the sleep count for Quark's sleep voting, making it daytime despite none of the other 6 or so people online being in bed.
I'd suggest implementing some kind of compatibility so that this doesn't break server balance where nighttime may be desired for certain players(for mods that rely on it, hunting mobs, etc)
