This happens only on server for me, and never in singleplayer.

I think I have solved this problem. Rename the"NaturalPledge.jar\assets\minecraft\textures\gui\container\creative_inventory\tab_botanicaladdons" To "NaturalPledge.jar\assets\minecraft\textures\gui\container\creative_inventory\tab_naturalpledge"
