Upon picking up any item or block, the following advancements are automatically completed: The New Millenium, Glass of Time, and Chaining Intention.

Here are the versions of what I have installed (all the latest):

On a side note: the word 'Millenium' might be misspelled (I think the correct spelling is 'Millennium').

I will confirm this issue as I'm receiving the same achievements upon picking up items.

1.12.2 Creating a new world sometimes throws these 3, and sometimes just even punching your first tree.
