If you have the Traveller's Ration Belt equipped and it makes you eat Zombie Brains (or anything else that'll give Warp from Thaumcraft), the server crashes HARD. The only way to recover is editing that player's inventory to remove the offending food.
I first encountered this in the Mystical Skies pack then tested it on my own test pack. Fails 100% of the time.
