cloak of thor not working when flugel tiara is equipped . #3

Since the flugel tiara negates all fall damage the effect of the cloak is not working. This could be fixed by either changing the flugel tiara so it does not negate the damage anymore or by making the cloak work even with the tiara equipped . (I think the latter would not be working)
