SquareBox type does not show fill #1097

The SquareBox canvas type does not show fill. These seems to be true across all renderers.

Interestingly, the Square canvas type is fine. Box also works correctly, but is not constrained to a square.

This appears to be an issue only with the example programs, and not with the reference viewer, in which they render correctly.
