Add logo to HTML doc? #337

With the new Astropy doc template (#313), there is tiny Astropy logo on top but no Ginga logo. Some other affiliated packages have their own logos too (e.g., http://photutils.readthedocs.io/en/latest/). Something to think about, if you're interested.

I like that idea, @pllim. Any suggestions? Maybe a nice spiral galaxy? (ginga means "galaxy" in Japanese).

Unfortunately, logo design is not one of my forte. STScI has in-house specialists when it comes to branding. Perhaps, you could reach out to similar specialists at NAOJ?
