Although these files still have use, do they really need to be in the BrainFANS repository specifically? These files can only be used by one person (ejh243) and aren't necessarily completely relevant to the pipelines BrainFANS provides.
Yes our group has used (or plan to use) the data from CommonMind and PsychEncode, but these are not required for any pipelines.
We can safely move these download scripts to a separate repository if they need to be backed up, but I don't see why they need to be in this repository specifically.
